JMS offer a comprehensive service to owners of holiday homes in Cyprus.  We have an up to date web site that is user friendly and has a wide selection of properties for both holiday rental and longer term rentals.

All properties are of a high quality and are furnished and equipped to a high standard, with most either having their own private pool or a communal pool.  Many of the complexes also offer other facilities such as jacuzzi, gym, sauna, squash courts, bowling green etc. (please see our individual property details for information).

If you have a special occasion to celebrate during their stay, such as an anniversary or birthday then we can arrange to provide a cake, flowers, chocolates etc to be in the property on arrival or delivered during their stay. Or book a restaurant suitable for the occasion.

An information pack is provided for all properties that includes emergency numbers and general information about the area and some of the local attractions, restaurants, supermarkets etc.

If you require car hire or taxi transfer this can be arranged. Our regular taxi driver knows all our properties and will have no trouble transporting you directly to your destination. Car hire company is central to all accommodation and will deliver a car to your accommodation to complete any necessary paperwork so you won’t have to find them.

If your flight is very early or very late, we offer a welcome pack for your arrival.  This will include basics to allow you time to shop at your convenience later in the day.

We work closely with several wedding companies providing accommodation for both the wedding party and guests.  Accommodation can be arranged for larger parties either in adjoining properties or in close proximity of each other.

There is something for everyone on this beautiful island sandy beaches, walking in the nature rich Akamas, golfing at championship golf courses or horse riding both on beach and in the spectacular hillside.  In fact you can have all these elements just an easy driving distance during your stay.  You can be on the beach in the morning and in the beautiful Troodos mountains in the afternoon offering a respite from the sun and humidity for a few hours.
