Cyprus Property Delivery

We appreciate that it may not be possible or convenient for you to take delivery of your Cyprus property once completed. As part of our property delivery service we can do this for you. We will liaise with your developer and when the time comes we can take delivery of your new property in Cyprus for you. We will also do all the necessary paperwork.

Part of the property delivery process will be to compile a comprehensive snagging list. Our experienced staff will check your property and put together a list for the developer. If required we will supervise the snagging and let you know when this has been completed satisfactorily.

Your lawyer will usually arrange for your electric and water to be connected and put into your name but if not or if you prefer we can arrange this for you.

If a clean is required before furniture or equipment is installed, we can organise this just before it is delivered.

Once delivery of you property in Cyprus is completed we can accept delivery and inspect any furniture you may have ordered. This can be from local suppliers or container from the UK. If you have not yet purchased any furniture we can furnish and equip your home for you, offering a Full Cyprus Property Turn Key Service for those wishing to have their property in Cyprus ready to move into or if just a few essential items, we will ensure all are delivered and installed correctly.

We can arrange all the necessary insurances for you, as once your Cyprus property has been handed over this responsibility falls to you as the owner to make sure property and contents are covered. As an extra precaution we would recommend that all locks are changed once your Cyprus property is handed over and snagging completed. This is something we can also do for you.
