For your peace of mind we can arrange regular Cyprus property security visits on your property, these will be on different days at different times and by a member of our management staff. Although the crime rate in Cyprus is very low we would advise that a Cyprus property that may be unoccupied for long periods of time or in a secluded area be regularly checked.

Our Cyprus Property Security Visits include us checking that all windows and doors are closed and locked. We check that your water and electric are working. We run tapes to stop pipes getting too dry. We remove any mail from your post box, you will get lots of flyers from local companies that can soon fill up your post box. After bad weather we check there is no water damage or leaks. If windy we make sure all outside furniture is stacked so hopefully will not blow away or get damaged, where possible outside furniture will be placed inside property.

You may consider it worth while installing some simple precautionary measures like sensor lights to your Cyprus property. These are an inexpensive but very efficient deterrent to intruders.
